Logo Element

I want an element dedicated to company logos that lets me control the logo's width. Right now, I need to create a transparent PNG and add the logo with padding before I upload it to the page using the photo element. If I could upload the logo without padding, it would speed up this process and make it easier for users who don’t know how to use Photoshop.
