Context menu on block items

Add a context menu on the block items in the drag-and-drop editor for easier management.

The menu is accessible by:

• Hovering over an item and clicking the menu button (as shown in the video below).

• Right-clicking an item.

• Long-pressing an item (for mobile).

The menu allows to:

• Duplicate the block

• Hide the block

• Delete the block
