    Could this also be integrated with the contact form pop-up/module that I suggested?

      That's the plan.
      Users will be able to create a form with any kind of field, which can also be displayed inside a pop up as you suggested.

          Yes, you'll be able to collect any kind of information.

          The feature is currently being built and should be released within 2 weeks.
