Micro Blog block

Very niche scenario but it would be awesome if we can get some micro blogging features. This block would have the usual title, body, date, multiple tags (that can be searched later). The block would show maybe title and date and when the block is clicked, it would expand just this block to show the whole blog. Click again and it would shrink back to a block size.

Another block that can do search would be a bonus :)
