Replace "Link" field with "Go To" field in all buttons:

The button element is a trigger. when you click it, it goes to the URL in the “link” field. Request: Allow ALL buttons (including the form ‘submit button’) to go to either a URL, or another element/block on a page, including a popup element, like an anchor or # in html.

This abstraction would add a lot of power and flexibility to your editor. You can do amazing things with popups alone and cool navigations.
